JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

This is a full-time on-site role for a 7+ years experienced Senior Sales and Presales Manager in Bengaluru who will be responsible for conducting consulting, sales, and presales activities to help generate new business. The Presales Manager will also be responsible for project management and integration work between various teams to ensure successful delivery of services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through targeted research and outreach efforts.
  • Solution Presentations: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations that highlight the value of our data solutions and AI/ML offerings.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on our technology solutions, providing insights and guidance to clients on implementation and best practices.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, understanding their challenges and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of proposals and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with client requirements and objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, providing strategic insights to inform decision-making.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales process.
  • Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to the sales team, including product training, competitive analysis, and sales collateral development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 Years of experience in sales and pre-sales activities within the IT services industry, with a focus on data solutions or AI/ML technologies.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of technology solutions, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 Years of experience in sales and pre-sales activities within the IT services industry, with a focus on data solutions or AI/ML technologies.
  • Experience with data analytics, machine learning, or artificial intelligence technologies.
  • Previous experience working in a startup or fast-growing technology company.

Selection Process:

  • 1st Round: Interview and an assignment will be given (to prepare a Response for an RFP).
  • 2nd Round: Presentation and Assessment of a Assignment given in 1st round.
  • 3rd Round: Leadership team Final round interview.
